- Raw Material: Quality of TMT Bar 80% depends on raw material (Billet), for best quality of billet we use 70% sponge iron and 30% heavy industrial scrap as per BIS & 15-2830.
- Spectro Meter: We use best quality billet for manufacturing TMT Bars and its Chemical composition tested on spectro meter.
- Block Mill Stand: High quality mill stands used for manufacturing Shakti Gold 550 TMT bar, which is ultrasonic tested stress relieved and machined to close tolerance, which provide high mill speed and tungsten carbide roll gives highly surface finished product to us.
- Roll Branding an rib cutting machine: For roll branding as “ISI Shakti Gold 550 TMT” we use EDM machine and for uniform rib pattern on surface SPM designed by Sparkonix India Pvt. Ltd. is used. It provide good bonding strength with concrete.

- Loop Scanner: The finishing train is equipped with a loop scanner to assure tensionless rolling of bar, Facilitating the making of perfect round bare.
- Gauge control system: Shakti Gold 550 TMT achieved close tolerance gauge control and automated system which maintains the size by adjusting the roll.
- TMT Tempcore Quenching Box: We have one of the big best water complex in Maharashtra which provide high pressure cold water supply to TMT Quenching box which maintaining the grade. Temp-core authorised quenching box is offered for sized 8 mm – 32 mm upto Fe 600 Grade, with good ductility.
- Twin channel and Automatic Rake type cooling bed: Specially optimised twin channel received smoothly best quality construction bars and automatic rake type cooling bed ensures proper cooling of bar with required straightness.
- Universal Testing Machine (UTM 120): Final product of Shakti Gold 550 TMT inspected in Highly equipped quality control lab. Physical and mechanical properties ie. yield strength, ultimate tensile strength, elongation of TMT bar, bend test rebend test, ring structure, value are tested.

550D TMT BAR
550D TMT steel bars have a higher percentage of tensile strength and elongation. The “550” denotes the minimum yield stress in MPa, and the letter “D” denotes ductility.
Super premium high strength and high ductility TMT re-bars typically used in construction of ordinary residential & commercial projects, infrastructure projects and in earthquake prone areas due to a high value of percentage elongation.
