Matsyodari Steel and Alloy Private Limited (MSAPL), established in 1993 as Matsyodari Steel Re-roll Private Limited, boasts three decades of rich experience in the steel industry. As a leading brand, we specialize in manufacturing and distributing Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) Reinforcement Bars under the esteemed name “Shakti Gold.”

Our products cater to a wide spectrum of construction and infrastructure projects, including railways, metro lines, airports, highways, bridges, dams, high-rise buildings, urban and rural housing, as well as municipal and educational institutions.

Recently, Matsyodari Steel has installed one of the fastest rolling mills in the region, equipped with Cutting Edge Block Mill Technology and innovative processes. This milestone places us at the forefront of the industry in Maharashtra, setting a new standard for facility infrastructure and efficiency.

Omsairam Group, represented by its flagship entity, M/s Omsairam Steels & Alloy Pvt. Ltd. (OSAPL), operates as a steel manufacturing unit in Jalna. Founded on August 14, 2003, OSAPL benefits from the promoters’ and their family’s four-decade legacy in the steel scrap business, facilitating seamless raw material procurement. The company proudly markets its TMT Bars under its established brand, ‘ÚMA TMT 500,’ recognized and respected across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh.

Mr. Rajendra Bharuka

With a foundation in S.S.C. education, Mr. Rajendra Bharuka, aged 58, brings three decades of expertise in scrap dealing and fifteen years in steel processing. His journey began with founding M/S OM TRADERS, specializing in the procurement and sale of Plastic, Glass, and Steel scrap. Leveraging his extensive industry experience, he has fostered robust relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and buyers in the steel sector. Currently, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.

Mr. Kishor Bharuka

Drawing from 30 years of experience in MS Scrap and MS TMT Bar trading, Kishor Bharuka has established a formidable sales network spanning Maharashtra, Karnataka, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and beyond. For the last decade, he has exclusively managed sales distribution for the renowned Kamdhenu Brand and actively promotes the UMA Brand.
